Our picnic tables are made from chunky 89 x 38 mm (4"x 2") tanalised timber. The wood is pressure treated to withstand years of the traditional British summers - it prevents rot and insect attack.. Our tables feature 7 slats on the tables and 3 full size slats on each seat, beware of lesser grade picnic tables available that aren't up to our standards ! The 3 slats on the seats provide extra comfort than cheaper benches with only 2 slats! A parasol hole is drilled in the table center to fit most standard parasols. All exposed fixings are rust resistant and are supplied with a black plastic cap to avoid snagging on clothing or scratching if accidentally caught, this is a must for commercial premises.
