Defective item, missing washers
I received the item with missing washers for the allen bolt. Good thing I had extras from a previous order. Then after assembling almost 2/3 of the chair, I saw that it was missing a hole for the bolt that connects the backrest to the seat. Impossible to put the chair together and also difficult to disassemble for return.

Chair should have inspected for any defects before shipping the item to the customer. 2nd chair I had to return. Looks like it’s a systemic issue as far as quality.
