I must admit I was a little worried when I ordered this chair. At 6 foot 1 and 20 stone I know I am larger than a lot of chairs allow for, but I needed a new chair in my office/studio and I wanted something with a headrest and adjustable arms.The whole chair took less than 20 minutes to assemble. Everything was clearly laid out and everything got together well. The chair is slightly larger than I thought it would be, but it still fit in my room fine.Parts of the chair feel cheap, but they do also support me as needed. And I’m not particularly delicate with the chair.The chair is comfortable, and the added back and neck supports are brilliant once you adjust them to where you need them to be. The headrest is actually level with my head, whereas similar style chairs previously have had the “headrest” in my shoulders.The tilt and height adjustment both work and support me in all positions I have tried. I am able to keep the chair at a comfortable height and adjust the arms to a comfortable height to go along with that.As a big man I have felt unsteady on lots of chairs. This one supports me and takes my weight fully. It feels comfortable and it doesn’t feel like it’s straining with me at all.Only time will tell how it holds up long term. But so far, this chair has been amazing and is more than worth the money. This isn’t a “this chair is good for the cost” review. This is a good chair! The low Comparative cost is just a bonus!

This is a good chair, lots of small things about it makes it nice to use for hours at a time. But there are a lot of downsides: It's hard to explain the first issue but simply the bolt on the right side going into the back part of the chair is not a good fit at all, so there is always a little give when leaning back as the bolt scratches the metal propping up the back, of course this causes a squeak and will over time become broken, I contacted the seller but all they offered was a new back or a new bolt. both would not have worked to solve it however so I didn't bother, after which they just asked for me to send the whole chair back for a new one. I assume the problem would still exist. Last due to the many little mechanics in the chair (great for comfort) it squeaks a lot, re tightening all the bolts helps a small amount but doesn't last long. So over all it is a good chair but bear in mind it's not perfect by any means.

As someone who studies at home daily and occasionally works from home, this chair is a must! I am seated most of the time during the day so my previous chair was starting to get uncomfortable for my back.Investing in this gaming chair was the best decision for me. I love how comfortable it is. I didn't find the assembly instructions too helpful, I feel like they could have a bit more detailed. Other than that, I cannot fault this chair at all. Very happy with this purchase - you don't have to be a gamer to own this either.

So I got this in 2018 its now 2018 and its falling apart so thats 3 years of constant use and I mean constant. I would say for the price thats good!

Bought for my partner who has back pain from his old PC chair. So far he's really enjoying it. Its really well padded, colour is good and it does the job of keeping his back straight. The back cushions give him the back and neck support without getting in the way or being uncomfortable so far. My only issue is it didn't take long for it to start squeaking every time he moves..

I bought this chair, initially it was comfortable enough, but it literally fell apart after 1 year of regular use.The arms bent down after about 6 months, I am 13 stone and I do lean on the arms.. but the more expensive replacement I bought, and my office chair in work have never had the arms bend down.The piston went after a year. It looks nice, but it's shoddily made and if you use your chair regularly, I wouldn't recommend it.I had to spend another 200 quid on top, but the replacement chair I got is 2 or 3 times better.
