Do they come with the fixing back plate?

This came as a complete unit all apart from the wall mounting box, the grid switches and face were included.

Do all 4 way switches need to be 20A?

It all depends on what appliance they are switching on. But usually the minimum is 20amp

As far as I remember they 2,3 and 4 switched versions
