A miracle in a bottle
These are a godsend for people like me who are lactose intolerant. I used to have to avoid a lot of different foods, especially at cafés which sucked. Now I just take two of these and I can have my cheese and ham toasties again! Or pizza, or anything! They work great and are a must have for anybody who struggles with lactose intolerance. I have tried the Vanilla, and the raspberry ones and I recommend the raspberry ones. The vanilla taste nice but the others are nicer.

Work really well
These are a life saver! As someone who has suffered with severe Ibs and problems with dairy these work very well. I’ve managed to eat cheese and ice cream with no problems at all.

Sweet vanilla - careful what you take them with.
They taste really nice - sweet vanilla. That's also their downside, which I had not considered and is entirely my fault. Sweet vanilla does not go well with pizza, creamy curry or pasta. I take lactase during the meal as well as in advance.They seem to work well. Just beware you need two tablets to make up 6000 ALU.

What a difference!
I've been wondering if i had lactose intolerance for a few years, in the end gave up most dairy, however someone recommended these and am trying stuff again, all good so far! Definitely worth a try!!

Each tablet is 3000 ALU, not 6000, Vanilla tastes bad
I feel scammed. It says clearly on the front and in the description ‘6000 ALU’ but really it is 6000 ALU for two tablets. I bought this thinking it was cheaper per tablet, but no it’s not, because you’ll finish it quicker as you have to take like 2-4 tablets per time having dairy. I tried only having one with dairy and it had no effect (still caused the same negative dairy consequences) I was wondering why it wasn’t working as it should.It also had a vanilla flavour which is kind of grim. The old strawberry/raspberry ones were nicer.

Strong Flavour
They do seem to work but I find the vanilla flavour a bit overpowering.
