My tank came intact, except the pump won’t work. I’ve plugged it into multiple outlets, re-did the entire mechanism, even tried to manually simulate the water flowing just in case it needed a start up—but nothing works. I can’t even find any tutorials on how to by-pass the issue. 40$ for something that doesn’t work is beyond a scam.

Very simple to set up .. impressed all the features of a full size tank . Perfect for desk or dresser top .. pre set for Fahrenheit temperature .. very happy . Soothing , not noisy

The filter broke within two months of purchase. The factory was unreachable.

The tank is nice and sturdy. I have noticed that the oxygenator doesn't seem to work. Water comes out of the air intake. I have been trying to reach the company and it's a company in China and they don't answer at all. I keep reading that the filter keeps breaking within a couple of months and I'm sure it will be the same with me. I've been looking at other filters that will fit in that area and trying to modify them to fit the needs of the tank. Just look up 1-4 gallon filters that fuller submerge and try to modify where the water goes to and just put it to the enter the same area where it goes now. That way you have it filtered with the actual filter and then again with the sponge and rocks in the tank.
