Works perfectly for my cosplays and really poofs out the skirts, looks just like a cloud and is really soft. It tends to fall a bit whenI run to fast but I probably won’t be doing it often.

Such a beautiful, full volume petticoat! Had a costume party to go to but I'm very petite and was looking for options that were shorter/didn't go past the knee. This one fit nicely and it's a dream walking around in it. Feels very light and poofy with an amazing bouncy as you move. It's so thick and full volumed that when you sit down, it feels like you're sitting down on a piece of cloud. Got loads of compliments throughout and even though I wore it on a hot summer day, it was comfortable from beginning to end and didn't feel itchy/scratchy or anything. The only thing that would have made this better would have been an adjustable strap at the waist. Right now, the white ribbon is purely decorative and you can't pull it to tighten the waist band. Didn't cause too much of a bother, though. All in all, a 5-star buy!

I like it a lot. The bulk of the frills are very much right at the bottom of the skirt but it still gives A line shape support under either a half circle or full circle shirt. You have to be fairly exact with the length of skirt. Couple of inches too long and the skirt will drape over and can become a bell shape. Too short and the frills will find their way out underneath, but both can still look OK depending on your audience. It is a heavy item and tends to fall downwards on the elastic as you bounce along. I've inserted a 2 inch red ribbon into the seam to tie in a bow and that works OK (same process as adding elastic). I put mine in from the front without thinking, but the skirt seems symmetrical so it might be better to go in at the back seam as removing the stitching from the existing ribbon opens up the front seam. It is a comfortable soft underskirt and not itchy. I like it a lot.

nice material, fit for purpose, can be worn as an underskirt or as it is. good for alternative styles c:however, they sent me a large instead of a medium but i kept it as it still fits. you must also hand wash this which is inconvenient but nothing the seller can really do about that, the materials used are needed to make the skirt as pictured.i am petite and wear a large, so this may not be suitable for larger body types, although the elastic can stretch quite far.a little pricey but a good purchase c:

I have to say i am most impressed with the quality of this tutu. It has layers of soft tulle with a ruffled hem and has loads of volume. I was surprised also that it came with a pretty ribbon to tie in a bow on the waist band. It can be worn on its own for a hen night or the like or under a short skirt or dress to give it extra volume. I purchased this to go under a miss santa dress for a Christmas party. I cannot fault it at all. It is short at 16 inches, but is long enough to cover your bum if worn slightly low on the waist/hip. Equally for a really sexy look you can shorten it by rolling the top at the waist band. It was a little on the pricey side, but you expect to pay a little more for quality. I would definitely recommend this tutu.
