I changed my review to five stars because the company responded so quickly - they refunded the entire amount of the purchase and did not ask it be returned. THAT is worth so much. The smaller round brush works great on my short hair. The unit is a bit big but I have gotten used to it and can get the desired look with my short hair.The hand held wand part seems to work fine. The problem is they sent two round brushes with two different types of bases. The smaller one snaps into place easily - the larger one absolutely cannot snap into place as it has a completely different end on it. So it is useless. I would NOT buy again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this rotating brush when my last one, different brand, went out after years of working. This brush is just “okay”. The problem is the motor is weak. It will NOT rotate if you have thicker or longer hair because it barely rotates with my short thin hair. I’m disappointed but need it, so I will live with it until I find another power house like I once had. It does have two exchange heads though.

Box arrived not properly packed, opened and brush used with hairs on it. Disgusting !!!!

Es buenísimo, calienta lo suficiente para un excelente peinado. No me cansa. No entiendo las personas que dicen le enreda el pelo, claramente indica para cual lado lo pones a girar, y en caso de equivocarse solo deben detenerlo.
