So far tablet works well for what we are using it for. Using with a 3rd part app and the system moves quickly with little lag. Speed is good and it is very easy to use. Picture quality is good and the unit weighs very little. The built in keyboard is nice. The stand up part of the cover could be stronger. But once you have it in the correct position, it works great.

This no name android tablet way exceeds my expectations. It is easy to use and the volume is quite loud. It works perfectly with no complaints thus far.

IMPORTANT❗️The tablet in itself IS AWESOME! The keyboard wouldn’t hold a charge! Therefore it rendered it UNABLE TO PAIR because the keyboard even when plugged in (even after being charged twice 5 hours each time) still would SHUT DOWN! By the way…‼️for future reference the name of the keyboard is “QUEST 3S” when trying to PAIR it‼️I chatted with a technician for quite a while, very patient and supportive and we have got this resolved!

The tablet is very cute, and the weight is ok. Feels very sturdy. I love the size and speed of it.First problem I have so far is that on the right side of the case, the keyboard part has a burst, and the charging port has dropped, so I have to position the charger downward when charging it.

I bought this tablet because it included a physical keyboard. I wanted to be able to type comfortably, instead of having to pick and choose each letter from an on-screen keyboard. This tablet didn't work with the included physical keyboard.The "case," which tries to function as a support, was flimsy and unstable. It would not hold the tablet at a useful angle without my having to prop up the flaps with something heavy such as a large book. Another useless feature, though not a deal-breaker. I wouldn't mind propping it up, if the keyboard worked.The screen was large and seemed to work well. Certainly it was large and clear enough for me to see what I wanted to see.The deal-breaker was the physical keyboard. Despite repeated efforts, I could not get the keyboard to pair with the tablet.The tablet connects to the physical keyboard using bluetooth. Despite my best efforts, I could not get it to pair. In fact, I could not even get the keyboard to show up as a device to connect. I got all sorts of other bluetooth devices, evidently owned by my neighbors, but the keyboard was nowhere to be found.One of the problems with this tablet is the lack of instructions on how to use it. I perused the meager material that came with the tablet, but there was nothing there about how to actually use it, and in particular no hint of how to pair the tablet with the keyboard.Realizing that the keyboard must have its own battery, I charged it. There was the usual USB connector for charging. I let it charge overnight, but this didn't help.There is a tiny switch on the right side of the keyboard. There was no indication of what it was for, and no markings to show whether it was "on" or "off." I tried each position, again with zero effect. Still no keyboard device showing on bluetooth.I tried searching online for how to use this product, but there was nothing specific to this particular model. More generic advice didn't help.I emailed the company, using the address given when booting up. I did not receive a reply.This tablet would be awkward to use, even if it did work. Because the tablet and keyboard were not connected, you have to charge both the tablet and the keyboard. This is a major oversight. Had I known about it, I never would have ordered it.This left me with no choice but to return the tablet. It lacked the one feature that I bought it for, a physical keyboard. That makes it useless to me.Would not recommend. If you're looking for a tablet, then find one that doesn't claim to have a keyboard. Surely such a tablet would cost less.
