These batteries may be fabulous but THEY WON'T FIT!!!
These batteries may be fabulous but THEY WON'T FIT!!! They are slightly too big. Regardless of how slight, these WILL NOT WORK in my old yellow and black Eveready lantern. These batteries COULD BE fabulous, wonderful and other superlatives, but how would you know if THEY DON'T FIT and therefore DO NOT WORK!!!

initial charge 6.75 volts!
the 1st order 1 battery charged but showed 0volts at the poles. Amazon quickly reshipped the order with free return label. The new pair both charged to 6.75 volts compared to nickel-cad 6.45 volts. So far very pleased.

Slightly larger than standard 6V cell
I bought the two-pack because I had two lantern lights, but it only fit in one of them for me. As you can see from the picture, it is slightly larger than a standard 6V battery cell and as such did not fit in one of my floating lantern lights. I measured about 1.5-2 mm wider all around.

Nice 6V lantern battery with reservations!
A very nice replacement for older 6V lantern batteries. It’s getting harder today to find an old-style lantern flashlight with all the newer lithium-based units. I have a couple of them myself and they are really nice. For some reason, I still had a couple old laterns hanging around in storage. Batteries are long gone. I saw these on Amazon and decided to give them a try. Overall, they are nice, with a tiny caveat. Physically, the batteries are very light compared to the original lantern batteries since they are LiFePO4 cells. Charging is very easy with a USB-C port on the side for a charging cable. A tiny LED illuminates on the top to show you have power and when it done charging. Now for the downside that I ran into. The batteries are about 1/8”-1/4” taller than a standard 6V lantern battery. Depending on the age of the flashlight, it may not fit. I had an older lantern with an incandescent bulb, and the battery fit perfectly. I tried it with one of the newer LED-based lanterns, and I could not get the lid to screw on. The fit was tight. It's impossible to seal the flashlight between the extra 1/4” height and the stronger springs. The batteries would be great replacements if they fit. I’ll make a few modifications to the hardware in the flashlight to make them work, but I suggest checking before buying to make sure they will fit. Recommended with reservations.

Doesn’t fit anything that 6v batteries fit.
Tried it in multiple flashlights and such. It’s several mm too large to actually fit. And the batteries are very light and mostly empty. Do they made a battery that has less capacity but is larger for no reason. Pretty stupid company.

Great rechargeable 6V 6Ah lantern batteries. FYI they make a 12Ah version of this battery.
I have used these batteries for more than a month now and have been fairly happy with their performance. I find it very convenient to recharge the batteries with the built-in USB Type-C charging port. There's a tiny LED that changes from red when charging to green when full. The battery is the same size as the available alkaline 6V lantern batteries. It was nice to have a 2 pack of these batteries in our camper for a lantern we use on a picnic table as an area light. As one battery begins to run out of charge you can grab the second one and you are back up and running while the first one is recharged. We were getting several evenings off use out of one battery with the lantern on high brightness. The alkaline battery definitely runs the light longer but they are so expensive. I also have a adapter that uses 4 D size batteries and again they will out last this rechargeable but they are also expensive. Having the two pack definitely makes up for the difference in run time. FYI, I found out after I ordered these 6Ah batteries that the same company also sells a 12Ah version which should almost perform as well as the alkaline batteries. I am going to upgrade to them for the table light and use these 6Ah batteries in other less used flashlights or by combining the two of them to make a 12V battery pack with a cigarette lighter outlet for use with a small 110V AC inverter.

May update later... but so far, I very much dislike.
I bought the 2 pack. Put on USB to C charger - no way that I can see if they are charing, fully charged, etc... nothing. In todays age of electronics - there should be lights to show it is charging and hopefully lights to show it is 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% charged.... inexcuseable. Left on charger for 2 days. Installed the first one on a feeder last night, barely turns the feeder, seems to be almost dead. I will go back and replace when I get time. Very, very light - not that they need to be heavy, but feel like junk, housing seems too light.

I love the versatility of these 6v batteries
I loved finding these. I will not be using these batteries in a standard way. I had a large solar street light that the battery pack died in and now I can attach this underneath to get charged by the solar panel and put my light back in commission. I love that this charges by a USBC plug. I checked the voltage and I saw that the charging voltage is about two tenths of a degree higher by USBC than the standard battery voltage. I have an emergency camping solar panel so I can charge these batteries and use these batteries to power emergency devices and use it like an oversized power bank. I will make a pigtail plug with aligator clips to power things. These are so useful! These are decently made and come with plastic protector caps for the posts. Since these are Iipo, they will last a long time and don’t weigh as much as a normal battery. I have a similar lipo battery for my lawn tractor that has performed awesomely. These have similar technology. These are very reasonably priced for their value.
