Awesome device, very powerful and a huge upgrade from steam deck. Windows is a down, but works very well and performance using Bazzite is really great. I recommend getting this. Size is good and comfort to hold.

I didn't want the claw 8 so my problem there because the 8 has a slightly bigger battery.Otherwise a very decent handheld gaming PC at the least. Light weight and easy to hold overall.I paid $900 and that's new with tax. It's a great value overall for the money spent. Great birthday gift for me ^_^. Didn't have the highest of hope for this but wow..If I could give it no stars I would how this thing got high reviews I will never know.Avoid this at all cost.Battery life is awful 100% to 30% in no time playing low demanding games.AAA titles as it suggest it can run do very terrible on all lowest settings.What an absolute joke of an item I will never buy any "Handheld" PC again.Don't waste your money save up or slowly build your own tower PC I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.Returning very next day is a complete shame.

This is an awesome device. Super fast, excellent graphics, quiet fans, great sound, easy to navigate. Quick shipping. I was skeptical of the third party seller at first, as always, but everything seems to be in order and im really glad I took the chance on it.Haven't had any issues whatsoever with the system/device, and it appears to be brand new as it was advertised. I just got it, but so far I am extremely happy with it! Will update if anything changes.Highly recommend. This thing is SICKUpdate after a couple of weeks.. this thing is AWESOME. Its a whole a** PC. Truly a powerful and versatile device. Its going to replace the laptop I normally travel with. Im truly impressed.

I have had the claw 8 ai+ for a month now and love it. With it being a windows device, it comes with all the pains of windows updates but that was expected. Otherwise, this thing is great! It can handle most newer games on at least medium settings. A lot of newer games will run ultra. The best part is I can use steam, xbox, gog, epic, ea, ubisoft and whatever other launchers. I get about an hour and a half when playing when not plugged in with ai settings on. I get about one hour with all settings maxed. I got a 100w charger (it comes with a 45w) and a dock to hook it up to my tv. Works fine, just make sure you have low latency (gaming mode on some tvs) turned on.It is BIG for a handheld, but that's what I wanted. But, it is strangely lightweight for how big it is. The screen is super bright and the speakers are decent. They aren't super high quality, but they are fine for gaming. Just don't expect to use it as your primary way of listening to music. Also, the 2 thunderbolt ports make it semi-futureproof. You can use those to hook up an external GPU if you want.I do wish that it came with a true users guide. There are a lot of little tips and tricks that it doesn't tell you. Such as, I had no idea the power button doubles as a fingerprint scanner! I would definitely watch some YouTube videos on features and tips for it. And as always, UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE all the software and firmware. It will run much better.Pros: great battery life, can handle most games, has all the features of a windows laptop.Cons: price, speakers, and no real user guide.Overall, if you have the money, I would recommend it.

My husband decided he wanted this instead of the Steam Deck, and he absolutely loves it. It works really well and allows him to access all of his games mobile.

Powerful device, inconsistent performance due to intel drivers. The Msi claw 8ai+ is one of the best feeling handhelds I’ve owned, it feels premium in hand, buttons and shoulders feel great, screen is gorgeous, fans are whisper quiet, screen is gorgeous x2! But the performance is where it goes wrong. When it performs, it performs amazing. But I had too many games with stuttering and frame drops and just all around inconsistent performance.

Very pleased with my purchase! Top of the line handheld, big beautiful screen that is just the right size to use Windows in tablet mode. No bloatware, tho not a fan of the MSI games launcher it comes with. If you can’t wait for the next Gen AMD handhelds (like me), this is a great buy.
