I very rarely leave a review, but feel this product warrants one. Having only used it for a short while I definitely feel it has been worth every penny. I can see an improvement in my finger nails as ridges have disappeared. I will definitely continue to use this product.

I have suffered from debilitating Trochanteric Bursitis for 18 months. Guided Cortisone injections did not work and I am on the waiting list for surgery. I have been using these for 7 weeks and noticed a decrease in pain after about 3 weeks. I only take 1 a day rather that the suggested 2-3 I am now virtually pain free during the day. Still issues at night but I do also have a back issue). I am considering taking a second one later in the day. I will update this post if that makes any difference. As with anything new, I do recommend starting on a low does for a few weeks to ensure that the product is tolerated.

Whilst not cheap, nor having range topping quantities of Collagen, this multi-type formulation is a great way to gain exposre to the most commonly used Collagen suppliments that carry potential health benefits. Worth pointing out that Collagen is not a single molecule, but a huge family of related molecules each with different structures and functions and those present here (I, II, III, V, & X) represent a broad spectrum of the most common and well-understood members of the family, the main ones being -Type I, which provides strength to skin, bones, ligaments, and tendonsType II, which makes up the flexible cartilage that helps support our joints.Type III, found in internal organs, blood vessels, and musclesType V, claimed to help with eye healthType X, whch plays a role in the health of joints and bonesThe capsules are long dated and easy to swallow with no aftertaste etc, my only gripe being the pricing (a little too high for 5 stars) and the quantities (which could be a little more generous). None the less, I'd still recommended these for those seeking an all round Collagen suppliment, ergo - 4 stars!
