I brought this as it is the only batana oil (on amazon) that seems to match the description of what my online research states genuine batana oil should look and smell like. Not sure it's the true pure stuff though.I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks, and already my 4c afro hair feels softer, and has little to no breakage. The smell is like caramel coffee which is pleasant and not too overpowering and fades after a few hours of application. It has a lightweight consistency which melts easily for application either directly onto the scalp or hair. A little goes a long way, which is just as well as it's a bit on the pricey side.I was fortunate enough to get a 20% discount off the advertised price for my second order (checked but didn't register on my first order)!!It's early days to comment on whether it helps grow back areas of thinning/hair loss, but I'm happy with softer healthier looking hair I now have.

early days here, it look genuine so far but delivery was terrible the courier just left the parcel on the floorin front of the front door, instead of leaving the parcel as instructed behind one of my cars on the drive...... delivery from amazon is very poor in general...i order HID D3S bulbs at £160 for a pair and they were also thrown on the floor and they were there for 1 week while i was away on holiday...instead of giving the parcel to my neighbours.

Greasy I applied left in over night then washed out. Wow . Hair was soft no dreaded split ends. Infact brighten my coloured hair. Looked fresh. Healthy. Using to apply I wouldn't use and style and go out as does make.hair greasy when applied. So soaked hair in it and washed . Not sure about hair growth ect as I only just started using but has made hair shiny . Manageable and looking alot better . Worth the money smells like coffee which goes after a while . Would certainly recommend especially if you have dry dull hair.
