I bought this UV/LED gel top coat for my presss on nails that I use that are already painted and/or have designs on them. I use primarily KISS nails, they are my favorite brand. These are my Labor Day nails - avocados hee hee. BUT the ones with designs always wear off or chip within a few days. So, I thought I'd try a gel top coat.So far, the Beetles Gel polish goes on, super smooth. I used a THIN coat. I cured it for 90 seconds and it's DRY is not the least bit tacky, sticky, or weird.This polish does have a sight odor, but it's not over powering or overwhelming. I did use a second coat, just for giggles, no bad effects from the second coat, I just wanted the extra protection. I really don't think it was necessary.No steaks, no bubbles, but I truly believe you need a THIN coat, be gentle, be aware, less is more.The test is will it last, or how long will it last? I hope it last longer than a regular clear coat, which last 2 days tops before peeling off.I'll update in a couple of days. FINGERS CROSSED

Got this so I could save $$ and do my own nails at home and have them last. Love the brand and how quickly it sets under a light and how it smooths the nail to look flawless with just the right amount of shine to it!

I live modelones top coat but this bottle was super glossy and thick when i put it on which i loved and cured great. It just peeled after two days on pretty much all of my fingers 8/10

These are so easy to work with, even with a novice like me. They are not overly thick like others I have tried. All of the coats cure completely. No stickiness at all. Both the gloss and matte coats have held up fine. I am rough on my nails so this is a big thing for me.

Love this brand!! Excellent quality for the price. Dries well and is long lasting.

I was a bit upset with myself when this arrived because I didn't read carefully and didn't realize that one of the topcoats was matte. I'm a glossy kind of girl! But I wear a very natural looking French tip "baby boomer" nail design and discovered that if I put on the matte topcoat around the third week, it really helps hide the regrowth gap between the glossy and natural nail. If I try to fill the gap with more glossy, it is pretty noticeable. Obviously, this won't help if you're wearing a bright color, but it is great for me! I'm starting to like the matte a lot.

I use this as a quick fill-in in between going to get the nails redone. went on nicely,very shiny. Seems to have cured OK

Very pretty top coat nail polish! Different colour stars! Lasted about 10 days! Would recommend and buy again

Tried lots of gel top coats, some good, some not so good. If you're like me and have brittle bendy nails, this is for you. Other brands have cracked when my nails have bent, this one is fab, doesn't crack and stays on way longer than others I've tried (believe me, ive tried a fair few).
