The way it came packaged was absolutely amazing ! I’m still waiting on my ink to show up but everything else came packaged very well and it arrived earlier than expected which was great bc my old dtf printer is currently needing a new motherboard- I was up and running in just a few hours ! I like that the ink tanks are bigger. The instructions that came with was great ! Everything so far about this purchase has been 100x better than the one I purchased from another site. The printer itself is pretty light in comparison to my other one and is much slimmer than my original- I like the way the paper feeds down in. The after sales rep so far has been great. I have a small issue with a few blinking lights but they have asked me to take a video if it happens again. I feel certain they will be there to help ! I wish I would have bought this printer before purchasing my other one but I will say it definitely makes me appreciate the lil things they have done in this printer to make it more accessible and easy ! The prints that I’ve printed so far have been of much better quality than my other printer which I’m using the same ink and paper as my old printer ! I’m not sure why it’s so much better but I’m impressed and that says a lot ! I would definitely buy this again !

LOVE this printer. So far a great experience and a great investment. Took me a second to figure it out, but I was able to do it in a couple of days just watching videos. My suggestion, watch videos on how to assemble it, how to use it, and maintenance while you’re waiting for the printer to arrive. That way, once you get it in your hands, You can start using it right away

First off, I could not be happier. After a few hiccups in the beginning due to missing parts (not the fault of the seller but most likely customs), we were able to get the printer up and running fairly quickly and easily. The after sales support was wonderful in helping us get the pieces we were missing and even offered to walk us through the set-up step by step if we needed. Overall the value and print quality have been amazing. There are step by step videos for every step in the process. Overall the PUNEHOD L1800 DTF printer has been a perfect fit for the start of our new business.
