The instructions are a sheet of paper with some pictures. Poorly illustrated and incomplete. Apparently no one at Amazon Basics can write words. Does not address where on the uprights the clips that hold the shelves should be. The uprights have clues but the instructions never show anything on positioning. Delivery drivers for Amazon, in general, think it's legal to park in the middle of the street or block an entire lane. It is not legal to block a lane of traffic in most states. Certainly not in this state. Delivery drivers cannot follow simple instructions OR Amazon does not relay information to the drivers. I chose the "Deliver at back door." option during checkout. To say these boxes were tossed on the front step would be more accurate. Finally, if you get a shelf jammed on one of the shelf mounting clips and you need to use a rubber mallet to loosen it, even the reinforced shelf support ends are not robust enough to light strike from the mallet to loosen the jam. That includes the area right next to the sleeve the uprights pass through where the metal is the thickest. I can't believe a company like Amazon would market such a piece of trash. However, it's proof that you get what you pay for. This is a low end rack. In my opinion, even this price is about 5 times more than it's worth.

Damaged upon receipt. Advertised cutting board turned out to be MDF board that had one corner crumbled and the bracket screws had been backed out. I used wood glue and a clamp to hold the corner together. When it was dry, I also used wood glue to help hold the screws in the corner bracket because the holes were enlarged as the screws were not drilled in straight. I won't be ordering from this company again.

My kitchen "bar cart" is so perfect! Assembled in about 45 minutes or less. I find it to be sturdy enough to hold liquor bottles. Planning to purchase shelf liners for extra protection.

Extremely tiny 😕 I guess I’m just going to have to deal with it. It’s to much of a hassle to send it back..

I thought the rack was bigger, but I still like it. The black clamps are difficult to put on. They kept popping off. The instructions only consist of picture and no real written instructions. Great storage for a small kitchen rack.

Just what I needed to hold things used often to cook with. Comment made that "it looks great in the kitchen." By a friend. Love that it has wheels that move easily. Very solid so it doesn't shake when rollong it. Love this for its added convenience to my small kitchen.

Excellent product - very strong, a great size for my small space. It took less than an hour to put together. It was just as described.

Very easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy material. Unpackaged and assembled within 20 minutes!
