Q: Can I use it to wash anti-embolism stockings? or will it 'soften' them? Need something that does not soften them, I wear them to avoid blood clots.

I use it to wash handwash clothes, so it is very gentle. Otherwise I suggest you just use soap and water.

Q: Q: How many bottles do you get with this order? One part says you get one bottle, other part says 4 bottles???? Can anyone help

I don’t have any of the clothes you mentioned to be sure , but it washes wool and synthetic sports fabric fine. I use 20 degrees C for wool but 30 -40 degrees C for synthetic sports clothing .

Q: Do you need to add washing conditioner with this please?

I don't add anything else to the wash, the woolite keeps everything nice and soft (and smelling delightful!)
