I really like this set of dimple blocks and word cards focused on early phonics skills. The set lets young learners engage using multiple senses and relates the skills of reading, spelling, and writing, to each other. Each pop block contains words with one vowel sound. This reduces confusion for kids as they focus, practice and master each short vowel sound. The words cards are substantial and have clear visual representations of objects to go with their associated word. The words can be traced with the included markers and then wiped clean, for re-use. As with other reviewers, I tossed out one of the cards but there are plenty in the set, so this was a non-issue. That this set also includes a leaflet with instructions for a variety of word games is a great added bonus. It offers lots of engaging learning opportunities and is, I believe, a good value.

This is a great idea and set for any young classroom. I will say that when I received the item I looked through the cards. There was one that was highly inappropriate and I threw it away. It was a weapon that should never be included in something for kids at all. Other than that, the cards are nicely made and the popits work great.

My kids are obsessed with anything that’s like a pop fidget. This product is perfect to work on phonics skills while they are having fun! It comes with cards that can be put on rings and several poppers to work on reading CVC words. I would recommend this as a learning tool.

These are great teaching tools. They help your kid/ student sound things out while being able to enjoy popping them as they go along. My first grader loves these & these have helped her tremendously! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for extra tools to help their little one learn!

It's a nice idea but one picture and word is gun, which isn't an ok word in most American schools. It would be better if that word wasn't included.

This is probably one of my new favorite teaching tools. I use this for my 5 year old as she's working on her letters, phonics, and spelling. It's super easy to use and all the kids love the poppers, so it's perfect. Even my 12 year old gets in on the game sometimes.

I got this to use with my students who are learning to read. I immediately noticed that one of the cards said "gun," which I threw in the trash just to avoid the topic in the classroom. Other than that, I recommend this product.
