Excellent vitamin supplements, easy to swallow.

Rather large tablets, but do help give you a boost

I'm using this supplement the 3rd winter now and it helps me very good to feel more fit during winter. I'm in my mid 50s and live in a northern country where we don't have sunshine and little daylight for three wintermonths. As a full tablet is pretty rich in content (the percentage is listed on the package) it's way enough for me to take two or three times per week a half. The tablets have a notch to enable parting. When taking more i get constipation. I found my right dosage and it supports me very good through winter. In summer I take from time to time a half when I feel low.

Traditional multivitamins that we have been using at home for many years

I was buying at least 5 different vitamins before in all different sized box/tubs. Then I found these on Amazon at a special price. The tablets have all the vitamins you need. Will buy again when I need them, hopefully at the special price too. Well worth the money.

Definitely feel a difference

Had to stop after 1 month daily intake because it’s making the stool become very hard. I think iron supplements have that side effect.
