Wow!
Was für ein Buch! Es ist wirklich spannend die Entwicklung vom Eleven Madison Park in diesem Buch zu verfolgen. Die Rezepte sind sehr kreativ und faszinierend. Zum Nachkochen zu Hause vermutlich weniger geeignet. Der Bildband liefert schöne Fotos und Einblicke. Die beigefügten Zeichnungen von Daniel Humm brauche ich weniger, sind aber eine nette Ergänzung. Alles in allem sehr hochwertig. Nur die bunte Farbauswahl ist gewöhnungsbedürftig im Bücherregal.
