I’ve been using this reusable ice pack for a few weeks, and it’s been good for my neck and shoulder pain. The gel is flexible, so it fits perfectly around the areas I need relief from, whether I’m using it for heat or cold therapy. I love that it’s easy to heat in the microwave or chill in the fridge, depending on what I need. It’s helped reduce my pain and speed up recovery after workouts. Plus, it’s simple to clean and store for next time—definitely a must-have for managing everyday aches and injuries!

Does the job. Works really well on larger parts of the body and stays cold for about 20 minutes. There are two Velcro straps and on of them adjusts on one side and the other Velcros to it. Yet, if it both straps on them where adjustable they could be used on smaller areas of the body. This the reason for 4 stars.

I bought this for my daughter. The material is of good quality, the colors are bright, it is not sensitive to the skin and does not irritate the skin like other similar products. Nice product

These are awesome for my daughters when they fall down or something. The straps are a little long, but they still work. Great you just wrap them around a little bit and make them a little snug and they Velcro together.. They contour to knees and elbows and arms, and they can wrap around your child. They stay cold for a while. Like a good amount of time, way better than like the dollar tree version of this.

I appreciate the versatility of this product being able to use it both for cold and hot application. Also, the versatility of where it can be use (either on stomach, back, neck, etc). It works great for migraine relief and also menstruation cramps. (I'm sure other uses as well, but this has been most relevant to me). The bead appear to be durable and will withstand many uses. Great quality and good value for the money.
