The Wit and Wisdom of Mark Twain

This is very much a gift book, which means that most copies will never be opened - a great pity. It's a good advertisement for Twain's writing for those who haven't read him - or who may only have read Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, as examples are from the full range of his writing, all of which is worth investigating, as Twain was not just a writer, he was an entertainer. Treat this as an appetiser, and don't deny yourself the main course.

This is a book everybody should read.
