The chair is easy to assemble. You slide in the legs until they lock and use the provided hardware to install two crossmembers. The necessary tools are included. Instructions are minimal and not very useful. Two different tips for the legs are included: regular walker tips (pre-installed) and suction cup tips. Once assembled, the chair is sturdy. It's also fairly lightweight, so it's easy to move out of the way for non-disabled members of the household. The height is adjustable and there are multiple settings. The handles are slightly padded and offer a good grip. The seat is hinged and is comfortable to sit on with padding. You can also adjust the seat side-to-side to get the proper alignment. If you have male anatomy, the front crossmember of the chair is in the way. You have to manually aim yourself between your legs to not get urine everywhere. If you have a bidet (depending on type of bidet), you might not be able to use it with this chair which is unfortunate.

Will be needing this in about 2 weeks so was happy to find it. Easy to put together. Really didn't need instructions because it's really basic. Nice and sturdy. Perfect fit over toilet. Great for elderly or for anyone with a particular need.

Very happy with this chair. I weight about 110kgs and am waiting for a hip replacement. This seat is very strong and the hand grips are perfect to help me get up/down safely. Easy to assemble, adjust and move.

This toilet riser has been a lifesaver. After my mom’s surgery she needed something so she didn’t have to sit so low and have so far to come back up. This toilet riser is made of very high quality materials and was very easy to not only install but use. It fit her toilet and has supported her weight every time.
