Razor sharp.
Very well made. Good ergonomic handle. Pricey. Very very sharp BE CAREFUL WHEN HANDLING. Could do with a blade guard.

When you have good knives this is essential
Well made really solid easy to hold feels comfortable in the hand works well brings back knives extremely sharp just requires knife to be held at correct angle and a good technique means it can be done really quickly. Very happy with purchase.
