This keeps my wife's LDL below 100. It has no side affects for my wife, but I feel a bit out-of-sorts for a couple of hours when I take it - so I don't take any. None of the other reviews I read reported this problem, so I recommend this product.

Been using this brand for several years - doctor wanted to put me on a prescription for cholesterol lowering drugs. I have been fighting with my Dr., about my cholesterol, and not open to taking statins. My Dr, is pretty holistic so she works with me. I started this product after much research, order it, took one a day, and drop from 230, down to 180, not changing much of anything else...did watch food, did not increase excercise and didn't give up my wine.
