Bit of confusion over delivery. Received a message from Amazon saying my parcel was with the carrier and they would contact me to deliver. They didn't. I contacted Amazon by email and got a pointless e-reply of "OK" . Literally just "OK". Eventually it came though and is a heavy, good quality, good looking little pole thing. It will only be as strong as the screws that are holding it though (supplied) so time will tell. Would have liked a black cleat hook to match but didn't see one by the same company.

Absolutely love this product. It is solid and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. I have replaced so many of the plastic retractable clothes lines over the years and amso glad I discovered this. No home should be without one of these.

Solid bit of kit, although a bit expencive. But does the job very well.
