prepare sambar with least efforts (just boil vegetables and add this powder and boil for 3/4 mins.
Very useful sambar mix to prepare nice sambar, good quality, taste.If need more spicy and more taste, pls add some chilly powder and salt. Else the taste would be mild /little sweetish.
