Great little head unit at a great price
I wanted to upgrade from my iGS618 and got the BSC300 instead of a Garmin Edge 530. The setup was easy as I already had the app installed. I had to install the maps from the igssport support page via the PC (usb c type) which was also very easy. This unit has all an average rider needs and a faction of the price of a Garmin 530. It does not have iClimb which is on the iGS630 but I don't do very long climbs so I do not need to pace myself against the incline. The GPS is accurate and locks on very quickly, the battery life is 20hrs which is longer than I need, as the longest ride I've done is 12hrs in all. Scrolling through the various views is a lot easier than the iGS618. PGX files can be downloaded from Strava, Kamoot, Goggle maps or from your phone via the app. It is also easy to configure the views via the app so you see exactly what you want how you want it. I do not have a pwr meter, so I replaced all pwr displays with ones I needed. The unit interfaces to Strava brilliantly and once paired with the phone I get notification on calls and messages. It paired up with my HRM, spd and cad sensors immediately which was fab. iGSPORT are soon to released a radar/tail light (SR30), a Garmin Varia equivalent, which will interface too the BSC300. The downsides, as far as I can tell are firstly, that if the start and finish points are virtually identical, then it detects the finish and stops recording as I found out. Secondly, it would be good if it could interface with rideGPS and other popular apps. Finally, the unit does not allow you to mix units for distance, speed etc which is a shame. Overall, great head unit at a great price compared to other well known makes. I'd recommend this unit if you want to upgrade. The iGS630 is the flagship version which is £40 more, but given what this unit does it's really all an average rider needs, IMHO.

Great bike computer that does more than established brands at 3rd the price.
Bought to replace my Garmin which stopped charging via it's micro-usb port. This was recommended to me as an up and coming brand and as such I was a bit sceptical, but at £120 decided to give it a go. Requirements for me were that it had to be usb-c compatible, none of this micro-usb nonsense (the worst of all usb iterations IMO). This was difficult as the equivalent Garmin unit was £300+. Needed to pair the usual stuff, HR band, cadence etc. Finally, it had all the capabilities I had on the Garmin. This computer ticks all the boxes and more. One of the great advantages was getting it connected to my HR strap. The Garmin struggled and sometimes wouldn't connect for a few miles into a ride (the strap is also a Garmin). On this it connects immediately, every time, I don't even bother checking, HR is monitored from first seconds. Another advantage is it auto pauses out on a ride if I stop, the Garmin was manual, and I never remembered. Pros: - USB-C charging. Finds and pairs immediately with other equipment, regardless of brand. Auto-pauses when you stop out on a ride (configurable if it's not what you want). Loads of stats. % incline on a hill for example which was not available on the Garmin, but very useful. Long battery (if you switch it off, see 'cons'). Value for money. Cons: - Screen could be brighter. Battery drains in standby when not in use (avoidable by powering off then on when needed, very quick to do). Overall I would highly recommend giving this a go. My only concern would be longevity of the internal battery but so far so good.

Stands toe-to-toe with Garmin and Wahoo
Pound for pound, this little gizmo is a game-changer. I’ve used a variety of biking gps systems, and this one is really, surprisingly, good. For context I’m a mid level cyclist - around 5000km to 6000km a year. You might be thinking, "I've got a Garmin" or "I love my Wahoo." And yeah, those brands are pretty cool. But, the iGPSPORT BSC300? It might not be a brand you know, but they are really giving the big guys a run for their money. GPS is accurate. Battery life is great (8 hour ride yesterday and still had juice). Seamless integration with Strava (for bragging rights). The directions are spot on - having done a trail and road ride, I have no complaints. Didn’t miss a beat. Sometimes there’s confusion over turns/straight on certain bits of road, but imo this is comparable with other brands. If you look at the map when it beeps at you, it’s fairly easy to work out! Plus, it can store up to 400 hours of riding data, that’s like cycling non-stop for over two weeks! I’ve also had not a single issue with my speed/cadence and heart rate monitors. Great for Strava stat padding. I’m sure it would handle power meters etc. With no problem too. I also find the app fairly intuitive - but as I said I’ve used other tech. I find sharing gpx from Komoot is a breeze, particularly, and suits my needs (save gpx on Komoot let’s you save directly to the iGPSPORT app) and then you can upload to the device. I haven’t tried the ride sharing function yet, but it sounds super useful if it’s legit. All in all, if you want to buy a bike computer, and you aren’t bothered about the branding on the front of your bike, I’m not sure what this machine can’t do compared to the other names.

Rubbish!
Disappointing. Not worth the money. Just gives a general direction. Even on routes where I know the way, it still sends me the wrong way. Crap.

Pretty good but…..
The context of this review is that it arrived yesterday, I set it up yesterday and I had my first ride today. Good points:- - Set up is easy. - Configuration of screens is easy - Battery power is awesome. I cycled 5 hours and was still at 80% at the end. - I did a 50 mile ride and the directions were great. No wrong turns. Interoperability - I downloaded the app to my iPhone and it paired with no problems. - It pairs with Strava no problem - I had a route ready to go on Strava and to get the route on the device you need to download the GPX file from Strava then upload to a website defined in the device manual. It took less than a minute so this works fine as well. - When the ride was finished it turned up on Strava without me having to do anything at all. Just so you know:- - The device does not come with a charging cable. So unless you have a USB C cable handy you will need on of these. These cost £15 -£20. Maybe you can find cheaper. - The map on this device is NOT a map. Instead you see a line showing your last 200m or so and also your next 200m. This is enough to navigate so should be all good but don’t expect to see and roads or rivers on the display.

Brilliant product.
I did a lot of research before buying. For the price I suggest this is one of the best bike computers you can buy. Navigation mode is brilliant. Setting custom routes- segments need to be quite close together as you build a route, to prevent it predicting a section and meaning you have to delete errors but once you get used to it it’s really really easy. Synching with Strava is very easy although I find the app very good in its own right. This is easily as god functionally as products 2-3 times the price. We now have 2 I was so impressed with it I bought another one for my son to use.

It's pretty good.
It might be cheaper than the equivalent Garmin, but it seems to do much the same thing for a lot less money. If it wasn't for the trouble we had installing the require maps it'd have got an extra star.

Nice product does the job as intended.
Nice product does the job as intended. Easy to use, good battery life. The phone App is also very easy to use too. Screen is very visible even in bright sunlight.
