Package arrived on time well packed
I love this rolling back pack! It did not ship to me “put together” and did not come with instructions however it’s very simple and took me 5 minutes to figure out. You will need a Philips head screwdriver for two small screws to attach the handle to the bottom portion. It is the perfect size for my job to haul a laptop and other items back and forth. I can’t wait to use it everyday. Quality of bag looks excellent!

Not as sturdy as expected
This is truly a backpack strapped to a trolley. I thought that was just for the assembly but it's not. The straps hang down and get in the way of the wheels because the backpack portion was truly not designed to be a rolling backpack. It is not as sturdy as I expected. With how much my daughter uses her rolling backpacks, this wouldn't last. I did like the pocket layout. Loved the roller blade style wheels.
