I really like these capsules, the probiotics as they’re easy to take and have made a noticeable difference in my digestion and overall gut health.I have felt less bloated and better digestion since starting them.I do like that they are free from gluten, dairy, and soy.I think that they are a high-quality probiotic that I feel good about taking daily however the cost is prohibitive for me to be able to do that.

I’ve been taking these probiotics since I got them and they seem good. I’m not sure if I have to keep them in the fridge or not as on the Amazon page it says to put them in the fridge after them being the post for a few days! Health supplements came not sealed & not in its original box ! The in no way of knowing the safety or integrity of the pills it would be dangerous to consume them , they have been opened , seal removed and not in a box or original box . Terrible !
