I purchased this bottle with the idea that the water would stay cold for long periods of time. That aspect deserves a 10+ rating. It is VERY good at keeping the water icy cold. And, I loved that it came with it's own neoprene carry case, which makes the water stay cold even longer. Plus it has an adjustable shoulder strap that was great for carrying hands free or hanging over the equiptment at the gym. The handy caribiner was great for clipping my keys on while working out. However, I discovered that if it is on it's side it leaks...A LOT, unless you push the spout down extremely hard. Not something that I would necessarily think about everytime I take a drink. And, it would not always work to push hard, either. Sometimes it still leaked. It fell off a chair and the push lever on the spout broke off making it almost impossible to open. I put up with it because I had just bought it. However, the little vacuum plug that the spout rests in, to seal when closed, came out at the gym. Fortunately, I discovered it before I lost it. The straw does not work, AT ALL, without the vacuum plug. However, I cannot get the little thing back in as it is slightly larger than the hole in the lid. I get that it makes for a better fit when it is in, but I can't for the life of me even figure out how the darn thing fell out. So, other than keeping the water really cold, I was disappointed as it was advertised as leak proof. I am now shopping for a new bottle.

This is an absolutely great bottle. Everything as advertised except for the fact that with my 32 oz bottle keeps the ice for no more than about 4-5 hours. I leave home by 7am and by midday all the ice it totally melted. This is contrary to what I see others review aand that is my one disappointment. I want to think something may be wrong with my bottle as I see others post cooling times of up to 18 hours.My partners 24oz bottle keeps ice for up to 17 hours so I know something is wrong with mine.How do I contact the seller for an exchange or a new bottle?

When I first got my water bottle, the color wasn’t what amazing made it look like at all but I liked it enough to ignore it. (Was supposed to be aqua fresh or something.) The lid is plastic which I didn’t expect either and the straw is a lot harder to suck from than it should be. I’ve waited a few days to give it a chance and see if it got better but it makes a lot of noise when I drink it and it takes way more effort than it should so I think I will be returning it for a better one.

Bittle itself is really good. My issue is that it was shipped inside the neoprene sleeve so when I took it out of the box it was already really scuffed up. Not a deal breaker but quite irritating to have it not be 100% perfect to start.
