The ARCTICFreezer 4U-M (Rev. 2) is a compact, high-performance CPU cooler designed for 4U server cases and dual-CPU motherboards. The ONLY good horizontally mounted SP3 socket cooler
Usually go with Noctua for my server builds but those SP3 coolers would blow air up into the top of the case on my new ASRock ROMED8-2T motherboard. This is the ONLY SP3 cooler that blows air horizontally that does not sound like a jet taking off. I was going to 3D Print the 120mm fan adapters for this and put Noctua fans on it but the fans that come with it are more than adequate. Keeps my AMD EPYC 7402P cool and quiet while providing the proper air flow.
