Get the spa treatment at home. Steam in is fast as twenty seconds, holds 1000ml of water. Adjustable height and being on wheels makes it easy to move from room to room, adjusting to your needs. The option to add essential oil is nice. Have yet to use oil, so there is no smell that I can smell. Steam is not too hot, so no need to worry about burns. Sturdy, well made machine. Now if it only came with a masseuse, other wise no complaints.

we were kinda skeptical about this, being kinda bulky, and not sure how well it would function. worried that it would just sit in a corner and take up a ton of room.turns out, this thing is super helpful. My wife loves using it while in the bath, the kids love the "fog machine", and it triples as a steamer to get wrinkles out of my clothes.For the ACTUAL function though, my wife is the only one that really uses it, and she loves it. :)

My daughter and I have been using this for spa nights. The steamer is very easy to use, and we have had no issues with the tank leaking. The steam comes out evenly without any dripping. THe steam isn't so hot that I'm afraid that we aren't going to get burned.

I'm very happy with this facial steamer! It was easy to set up, took about 10 minutes. It came with all the parts and I did not have to use my own tools. Instructions were clear with helpful pictures, but note that there are minor grammar errors.It feels sturdy, and the wheels glide smoothly on carpet, wood, and tiles with no issues. The height is adjustable and easily moves up and down with ease, and will hold in place when you twist the black knob. The cord is about 53 inches, which is not long since I will be using this while working on my desk (which isn't close to the wall), but with an extension cord should be fine. The 360 nozzle is nice and can easily swivel any direction.Using it was intuitive, and it warms up the water fast! You can hear it heating up the water and there is a low hum noise, but that quickly becomes ambient noise. The mist is moisturizing and feels wonderful on my face. Be careful to not stand close, make sure you read the manual for suggested distance based on your face type (oily, dry, etc). There is a slight plastic smell from the mist, but I think that may be due to first time usages. I haven't noticed it as much as I continued to use it. It did not bother me much.I suggest that when you put the water tank on, make sure you do it fast because water will drip out from the cap, so have a small towel nearby for cleanup. I wonder if there is a better way to handle refill drips. In their older model, the water tank sits below instead of on top, but I bet that was too much pressure pulling it down.Overall, I am super impressed with this facial steamer and plan to use it as part of my daily facial routine to open up my pores!
