I bought two because I'm a beginner. I made the stitches too small on the first one. Also, I ran out of the included yarn. Before I made the second one I watched on-line tutorials for punch needle. The second one came out great and I did not run of the included yarn. I made it into a small pillow. I love the horse picture. If you're a beginner, please don't give up on the first try.

The instructions are not helpful. But thankfully the design is pretty simple. I think it came out fairly good. But if you want step-by-step directions, this is not the craft kit for you.

This was a cute and easy project. This was my first time doing this type of craft. It took several hours and I had to be conservative with the blue yarn as I was close to running out, but it ended up coming together. I'd buy another kit.

I would give zero stars if that was possible.There are no CLEAR instructions for how to start this activity. There is a drawing that is super vague but no specifics. I consider myself to be an intelligent and resourceful person but cannot figure out how to use the supplies provided in this package.I've Googled instructions but nothing I could use or nothing that pertained to this product came up, and I have searched YouTube for an instructional video but I see nothing that contains the same products that were included in this package. Extremely frustrating.I do not recommend this product.

This is a great kit for beginners. Came with everything I needed and had plenty of yarn.

If you can YouTube, you can do this project.The included “instructions” are worthless.Not enough brown yarn (see photo), lots of extra blue and green.I think the needle is too big, the yarn too thick for the canvas.Fortunately, I have a brain and could figure out if you poke a hole where the eyes go, the included eye “buttons” fit just fine.Would not buy again.

We loved the kit. Olivia is 10 and managed to finish it in one afternoon. It is a simple inexpensive kit, pattern is very cute. Directions could be better but we looked up some videos online and looked up how to do it. One star off as some of the yarn, particularly the green, was almost impossible to use. They do give you extra so we were able to complete the project. Overall, we were pleased. It arrived quickly
