Good value - easy to setup
Easy to add to a tv without Bluetooth. However be careful things can connect without password so a little odd for me, but does the trick. Wife is happy not to listen to my tv at night.

It works but terrible latency & bad sound quality
I will say it connected right away with no issues when starting up. My complaint is that they call this "low latency" but the device only supports SBC bluetooth codec which is pretty much the worst codec available. Though it claims support of 48khz 16-bit quality it is limited to a transfer speed of 328 kbit/s which has pretty subpar audio quality. Not even close to fast enough transfer speeds for lossless audio. You get what you pay for really.

Works great with (my) Phonak Hearing Aids!
When purchasing this GREAT device, I anticipated problems because of overall review rating. However I noticed there were only 5 total reviews and the lone '1 star' was due to an apparent defective device (happens with everyone at some point). So, I ordered one with a specific purpose in mind; I needed something that would allow me to attach my Phonak Bluetooth hearing aids and still allow my wife to hear the TV in a normal manner. The key to having this simultaneous function (sound from TV AND sound to this device is having a new TV (Samsung as example) that allows always-on Optical as well as sound from another connection (HDMI, RCA etc). I ordered and attached to my TV via it's optical port, paired my hearing aids to it (not the Bluetooth on the TV) and Phonak Hearing Aid appeared on its small screen. Worked like a charm with almost no latency. Of course if you don't need simultaneous sound from 2 sources, this should work just fine as a dedicated Bluetooth adapter if your TV has other common speaker outputs for attachment. What a great solution rather than purchasing the similar Phonak TV attachment for over $200.00. I'm going to order 2 more, one for my Audiologist to play with and perhaps recommend to patients who cannot afford the Phonak device and one for my second TV.

Is very cheap
I totally recommend it, apart from having a very good signal range, it greatly increases the sound of your equipment, this Bluetooth is the best.
