PME 100% Natural Caramel Flavour 25 ml

Good value for money, tastes and smells great, you only need a few drops (4-5) to give a good flavour. I have bought PME colours and flavours several times, never disappointed.

One of the best favouring I've bought. I used it as part of the chocolate truffles I made for my husband's birthday. Which loved especially this selection. I'll be buying more of their products in future

Love this caramel flavouring its very strong so little goes a long way. Perfect for a caramel cake. smells divine.

As per headline, I made up some caramel syrup for coffee, (750ml worth) & decided to try this to add more flavour due to my new ikea induction hob "pulsing" ..causing it to take many times longer than on a regular hob (a full 40 minutes).Used 9 drops, way too chemically, so will be re-doing over a few litres of coffee syrup on a regular hob & "watering it down" to recover it.(as these are tiny bottles the writing is TINY, so as I did, easy to fudge up a recipe with this, so get your glasses on) ..even if I'd used the recommended amount I still would have found this chemically (as I did some math & took it down to just double dose, & still thought the product was nowhere near as good as patience under normal stove top conditions)
