For years I've struggled with eye strain after extended periods of looking at my Macbook Pro 16 or iPhone display. This has meant that I've been confined to do most of my work in front of a monitor which has been a major issue. After much skepticism and little luck with blue light reduction software, I've decided to give blue light glasses a try as perhaps the size of the smaller devices wasn't the issue. Much to my surprise, these glasses have solved nearly all of my eye strain issues and now I am able to work in front of my laptop for hours on end! At long last, I can do deep work at cafes and libraries like the rest of society hehe. I suspect the real problem for me have something to do with PWM used on the LCD display which may not be present on my OLED monitor.

These are great for late night tablet watching in bed. I like to unwind at night by watching YouTube videos befire I sleep and these blue blockers work great for protecting my eyes. They also help prevent the blue light from keeping you awake. Glasses feel quality despite their low price point.

These actually made a huge difference for my eyes. I would get blood shot and sore eyes every time I spent an hour or more on my computer. So I got these, at first when I put them on I wasn't sure if they made that much difference but after a couple hours on the computer my eyes felt rested and fine. They are actually quite comfortable to me as well. I'm not typically a gasses wearer so everyone thinks I look like a nerd when I wear them. I think they look great.

I purchased two. One for myself and for my husband. They work really well compared to others.

Excelente diseño, sport y casual a la vez

These blue light blocking glasses work well for me. They are very light weight and comfortable to wear. They fit well and don't put pressure behind the ears like so many others do. I don't know how long they will last because they are not exactly high end but for now they are doing the job.

After a few days of wearing these glasses I noticed less eye strain while on my ipad.
