this heated, weighted neck & shoulders heating pad is so clutch lol. love the fact that it has a little weight to it which make it feel comfortable, and the button around the neck secures it so it doesnt fall. I have chronic annoying neck pain and I definitely see myself using this all day every day (or maybe the Dr recommended 15 min off, 15 min on). I also love how long the power cord is, bc sometimes cords are made so short u literally have to sit next to the wall charger if u want to use something lol. the auto shut off makes it so nice too so I dont have to worry about turning it off if I leave the house and forget. happy purchase!
