How do these not have 5k five stars?! These boxes are BEAUTIFUL and they came very well wrapped, exceeded my expectations. I almost let the reviews deter me from purchasing but so glad I didn’t. Can’t wait to use them

I bought this item for an event for December 2 and when I opened the box, the cube was cracked. I got online today to file a claim and the deadline was December 1st. I am very disappointed and will never purchase this item again.
