I took them in the morning on an empty stomach, on the third day heartburn started, it didn’t matter what I ate all day long, I didn’t use them for a 2 days, it got better but the heartburn still remained, in a week I’ll try to use them with food! be careful it is acid, does not mean a bad product it just different bodies
