High hatch rate, durable machine
I bought the same incubator a year or two ago. It's still going strong. I always have close to 100% hatch. I bought a second. It has a slightly different design but seems to work just as well. The company has always been responsive when I've emailed questions and when there was a defect, they replaced it immediately. If you're looking for an incubator, this is easy to use, great price, great product. Reliable. I think the fact my first one is still operating perfectly, it's reasonably durable.

So easy and works great!
This incubator is seriously the easiest thing to use. The directions are tiny to read, but I still got through it. I like how it comes with a little calander book for different types of animals. I used it for baby chicks. I have the 12 ct and the 22 ct egg incubator. It's easy to set the temp and humidity. It's so hot here in hawaii, that I pretty much didn't use the humidity piece that looks like a flower. The egg turner works great. The calendar shows when to candle the egg and the lock down time. I set it and left it and it kept it temp at the right spot. I've hatched a lot of batches of baby chicks from this incubator. I recommend it to people I know who want to get into incubating their eggs. It's easy to clean. The size was perfect once I switched to the 22 ct. It's also a nice shape and I'm glad it's clear so it's easy to watch what happens.

Poor user manual
Seems well built for the price. Not complicated or tricky. I feel for price it's a good value. Now for the bad. It's not about the incubator but the instructions and support instead. This is due to the poor user manual /instructions and an inactive EveryGrow website. Once I had everything together, I began a test run and all functions worked as directed and simple enough. Now this is the only issue I had, and probably similar products in that price range has, is that I could not figure out why the humidity level stayed at 73-75% range! I thought the sensor was bad or the controller is not accurate and inferior. Turns out I was wrong. I left for a weekend trip leaving just 3 eggs to test and it stayed at 75% the whole time I was gone. I know the range for the 1st 18 days needs to be 55% - 60% avg so when I returned from my trip I resumed again to try to figure out. No where does the manual included mentions this but in order to regulate proper humidity level "Do NOT leave water bottle in the holder"!!!! You will need to quickly remove eggs, remove trays, dump all water out, dry very well, put it all to together quickly(minutes) and watch humidity rise and it will go to high levels again because the installed sponge is saturated. Just let it run a couple hrs. and it begin to drop down to your settings, or before putting together, swap out little sponge with dry new one and it will adjust much quicker. The key is NOT to leave bottle installed. So, as it drops it may drop lower than your setting, now this is when you incrementally add water. Do so deliberately and patiently. Take bottle to add water and as soon as it blows a couple bubbles in the bottle remove. DO NOT ADD ANYMORE. Just wait and watch humidity begin to rise. It should reach your determined range, about 55% for about 15 days. Raise to 75% for 3 days, bring back down to 55% last three days. At this point if eggs are healthy, formed, hatching should occur. I am currently in day 5 so it remains to be seen on day 21. I candled those 3 eggs, 2 of 3 appeared to show development. The 3rd egg did not. Still could happen. I almost returned it to Amazon but since I figured it out, for the money I will keep it. It's a pretty nice incubator. I will post an update on day 21 or 22 if all goes well or not. Not a bad buy by no means. Instructions are not clear or detailed like we do in the USA. Update: 2 days later I decided to see what would happen if I installed water bottle and it worked. Apparently, there must have been air in the water passage to the tray that kept feeding water. It has now stopped, and it regulates as it should. Incubator works great. All embryos are intact, alive, and continuing through development. 13 days to go until hatch day! Last Update: all 3 eggs hatched! The incubation process was so simple (other than the humidity issue at first) That now I can say the incubator is a 5 star. I knocked down my rating to a 4 because of the manual and their website. But the machine is well worth it. I almost bought the KEBONNIXS, but you have to add water frequently. (small reservoir) The EveryGrow water bottle holds for entire incubation period. Update: I saw where others had problems and were discouraged. Either they happened to get a bad production model or they have no idea what they are doing. It is a very good incubator for the price. I could have easily paid twice as much for an incubator with a brand name but glad I didn't. It does the job. Usually it would a be a beginner that doesn't have the experience to figure any small issues out. For those who that are like that just buy your chicks.

Recommended, has worked great.
We have had this for over a year, and used it on a handful of occasions. Just plug it in, keep the water reservoir from going empty and we've had incredible success with this. We have hatched only quail, with nearly 100% success rates. Well worth the purchase, and would certainly recommend. We don't fuss over it, just plug it in and let it do it's thing.

Killed my quail…
Incubator was working great right up until eggs went into lockdown. The humidifier failed and the humidity would not stay above 50%. (Looks like the wiring may have become corroded?) It killed all 18 of my quail eggs…. (Caused shrink wrapping of the egg membrane and I couldn’t trouble shoot it enough to save them). I tried to reach out to the company multiple times to sort things out or get assistance before posting a review and they never responded. I’m out the money on the incubator, my eggs, and a month of time, hope, and love that I put into those eggs. Did a bit of research on this incubator too and it seems like I’m not the only person to have the humidifier fail on this product. Amazon took the blame for the product issue in the past and hid those reviews on the site claiming “they shipped the product so they take responsibility for its issues”. Really recommend going with a different option. I wish I did.

Egg Incubator and it works
This egg incubator is well-built and durable. The auto egg-turning feature is one of the reasons I bought this particular model. It ensures that the eggs are consistently turned at the right intervals, which is essential for successful hatching eggs. I no longer have to manually turn the eggs multiple times a day, saving me time and effort. This incubator maintains a precise and stable temperature, which is also very crucial for egg development. I've found that it consistently stays within the recommended range, providing an ideal environment for embryo growth.this incubator is suitable for small to medium-sized hatching projects. The incubator features a transparent viewing window that allows me to monitor the progress of the eggs without opening the unit. This helps maintain a stable environment inside and reduces disturbance to the developing embryos. If you're considering hatching eggs at home, whether for educational purposes or as a hobby, I highly recommend this incubator.

Good service
At first, I wasn't too sure about this product because the humidity was a bit higher than what I set. I reached out to their customer service just to give it a shot. They got back to me quick and suggested I open up the vents all the way to avoid moisture buildup inside, which can hike up the humidity. They said if there's any water pooling, it increases the evaporation area, which raises humidity. So, I followed their advice, took out all the eggs, dried them off, put them back, and opened up the vents all the way. This time, the humidity matched my setting perfectly. I also found out that even with the vents wide open, there was no water pooling. After 21 days, the hatching results were a success. I highly recommend this egg incubator not just for the product, but also for their attention to detail and service.

Sadly disappointed
I really want to give this product a great review, the first couple of Runs with it went great, I have several of them and even recommended them to several farms. My down side is, now that I’m having issues that range from needing replacement parts, to temp calibration, there’s nobody to be found for ANY kind of customer service!!!!! All that’s given is an email to “contact” but nobody responds. It’s becoming really disappointing as someone who has sent them loads of homesteaders.
