Red Cinnamon Glaze Pop Popcorn Flavoring

This popcorn flavoring is outta this world delicious! We tried the theater butter- OG glavacol abs it was just like movie popcorn. I decided to try cinnamon and man I’m glad I did! What a great, low cholesterol snack!

I HAVE BEEN USING GOLD MEDAL GLAZE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED. HOWEVER, THIS GLAZE IS ADVERTISED AS BEING HOT CINNAMON BUT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE SLIGHTEST HINT OF CINNAMON TASTE

Really good and easy to make in the whirley pop. Because popcorn has such a strong flavor, the cinnamon taste is subtle. I like to add a little fine sea salt to it to get a sweet and salty taste. My carton was fresh and not clumped together as another reviewer complained about, and has an expiration date next year. I sometimes sprinkle it on ice cream. I was thinking of using it as a sugar rim for a shot of cinnamon whiskey.

I purchased this product thinking it was going to be so good - boy was I wrong! And I REALLY wanted to love it!After reading the reviews it sounded really good, and easy to make. At the time I got it, I didn't have a "specific" popcorn popper, so my husband and I used a large stainless pot we use all the time to cook with, and make popcorn with. I added the exact amount of popcorn and oil that it says to on the carton of flavoring. We added the exact amount of flavoring when we were supposed to. We cooked it just like we've cooked other popcorn <with no burning etc>. When it was done, the flavoring was not distributed evenly. There was lots of flavoring on some and hardly any to none on others. The popcorn that was covered with the flavoring was burnt. And the popcorn we did eat, didn't taste anything close to Cinnamon.I came back to Amazon and purchased the Wabash Valley Farms 25008 Whirley-Pop Stovetop Popcorn Popper and got it in 2 days. My husband and I tried to do it all over again, following the driections exactly. Same thing happened. Next day we tried it again, but used less oil and popcorn and a little less flavoring - and we got the same results. We even tried using different oil and popcorn, but there was no dfference at all.Some of the popcorn burned, some popcorn had none of the flavoring on it. The popcorn that did have flavoring on it absolutely did not taste like Cinnamon. We tasted it right out of the popper <warm> and we ate it cold <room temp>- same bland taste.I wish it would have been as good for us as others have experienced. I love popcorn and I love cinnamon. This product is surely not worth the $10 I spent on it and I'd rather eat the store bought glazed popcorn - if I had to. I can't recommend a product that didn't pass our expectations. I do have to say that maybe it's just my husband and I, and although we did what we were supposed to do, it just isn't a product we'd purchase again. Sorry!

This has great flavor and everyone enjoyed it. The only down side was cleaning out the kettle (large movie theater style).
