Pads are cut the same size and thickness - worth buying
The shoulder pads are the same size and thickness as one another so I can grab them with confidence. I got the 1.7 cm thickness ones and they're not too much, they lift my shirt and jacket so the clothes look more tailored and less sloppy. Pretty impressive for well-sewn, foam shoulder pads, but there ya go!

Like these, but if you sweat at all, the adhesive releases.. .. also, the adhesive doesn't necessarily last that long. But I like the size and shape, and they do improve my overall proportions
