Poor finish but good service
The supplier was prompt and courteous but the received end result was a little disappointing. The edges are just stapled at the back and the corners weren't well fitting and smooth. There are no hooks provided to hang the picture. Disappointing end result for an important gift. A little more attention to detail and finish would benefit this seller.

Excellent Quality Product
Brilliant item and higher quality than I was expecting. Had some issues sending the photos over due to my email account which meant they received them late, therefore it arrived late so a little bit of contact would have been appreciated (like a reminder email if you haven't sent photos maybe?) but apart from that I can't fault them. Good communication and I'm sure my friend will be more than happy with it. Thank you!
