Although it was effective in getting rid of the pain at the time, within 30 minutes my shoulder began to itch and felt like it was on fire. Was easy to apply, and the heat level was bearable. I chose these because on one of the pictures it stated suitable for sensitive skin.

I bought this product hoping that it would reduce my shoulder and arm pain. I applied three patches to the shoulder and arm over several nights and got absolutely zero relief. The adhesive is very sticky and actually made my arm itch. The patches are difficult to remove and leave a residue of white glue on the arm. Even a scourer did not remove it. These are a waste of time and money.
