How pigmented is this eye shadow on Black people?

I am mexcan so i do have dark skin tone and all of the colors show very well !

Does this makeup pallet has blushes & contours? I just saw the swatches pic, thinking it might have these?

Yesssss, there's 86 colors, 80 eyeshadow + 2 highlighter + 2 blushes + 2 contours.

Where is the makeup made?

It's made in China, but UCANBE brand is registered in USA.

I think it's cheap to get this eyeshadow set, you pay $20 for 3 palettes, so what about its quality?

I'm really happy with this palette because it replaces most of my other palettes. Surprisingly high quality, pigmented, blendable, waterproof. The only thing I DON'T like is having to choose which colors to use! Versatile - the neutrals would be great for an interview or for work, and the pops of color will be GREAT for Pride this month - it has *all* the colors of the rainbow, each with several variations (warm, cool, bright, sheer). I am picky about my makeup, and I own some higher-ish-end stuff (like Morphe palettes), and this is basically just as good but for a fraction of the expensive stuff.

Paleta de colores, tal cual está en la foto. Se nota la calidad de las sombras en comparación a las baratas, con que marques el pincel, ya se notan los colores en los ojos. Por el momento muy bien, y con los accesorios completos para pintar, difuminar... Vino bien embalado.

I don't know much about makeup, but I was doing some costumes that needed colorful eyeshadows. This is a great pallet to practice with. I wish there were some brushes that were a bit bushier for blending the eyeshadows more, but otherwise it's a really good product and I'm quite happy with what I've achieved using it so far. The colors look nice and the shimmer options show up nicely.
