Had to rebalance my car audio
I had no intention of writing a review for this headliner fabric, but then I realized that the fabric had actually changed the acoustics in the car. (I had a stock headliner in it before.) Once I balanced the stereo and speakers, my stereo sounds better and road noise is lower too. As for other characteristics, the light gray is a pale shade, but clearly gray. The fabric thickness is consistent, and it feels soft but sturdy. Very nice and I would buy again.

Great Fabric, for a low price.
I have ordered this product 3 times already, to fix a headliner (and mistake I made), I tried to order another one that seemed identical on Amazon, and it was not, this quality is far superior, I have been even told by a auto fabric shop where did I get it, because the foam backing is thick, the headliner feels smooth and silky, and stretches well. However a word of caution, pick the right glue because it is VERY unforgiving for mistakes, this material as well, hand prints or moving it around. It's not the easiest to use but it will be the most rewarding! and it looks GREAT!

Good quality. Install with care.
Fabric side is very durable and stretchy. I was impressed. The foam side seems kinda weak. Like once it touched the glue, there is no pulling it up to readjust without tearing the foam. This leads to unsightly clumps under the fabric. I am happy enough with the finished product but im still planning to redo it again when i can find a spare fiberglass panel from a junkyard that matches mine.

Worked great as replacement headliner.
This material was just stretchy enough to work around the contoured areas of the headliner. I installed it in a 2004 dodge dakota. The old headliner was separating and handing down. Once replaced, it feels like riding in a new car.

Looks good!
Looks great and it was easy to work with. If you’re using this to replace your headliner, I would suggest you using double the amount of adhesion though.*makes the inside a good bit darker too.

Worked good
Not a bad material. Doesn’t like to be stretched at all. Easily tears on install. I had a lot of contours so fought it but looks nice

Just Use Regular Fabric
I've done three headliners in the past. I'm no expert interior guy, but I have had good success. This time (3rd time) I found this cloth at Amazon. In the past I would go down to my local fabric store and buy a piece of regular cloth there. You should do the same. This stuff doesn't accept the contact cement without the cement bleeding thru the material. If you have to bend the assembled shell to reinstall it, this material will crease and leave a fold in the headliner. Then it will sag because you were too careful with the contact cement. Now I will have to remove the headliner, rip this garbage off, and go down to the fabric store and buy a piece of regular cloth. Start over.......
