good value for the price. The massage quality is excellent, allowing for target, full or lower back options. You can control the intensity of the shiatsu massage with provided cover for the back. The vibration and air tension options inhance and provide an additional demension to your massage. The neck /shoulder massager is very good and also allows for target massage of neck and upper shoulder areas. Overall, a great product that delivers at a very reasonable price. The only potential draw back may be height differential requiring shorter person to use cushion for neck massager. I highly suggest you use the back and the neck massager funtions seperately to maximise massage sessions.

I was surprised at how high robust this ended up being and how high quality it feels.This thing is a real unit (has serious weight to it) and the amount of functions on it is surprising for such a unit.It has 3 different vibration functions, for one, which pulse in different rhythms to help relax you.The side and bottom have inflatable bolsters which help place you tighter in the right position to benefit the most from the primary massage motors.There's a heat function as well, which feels great.The actual massage portion involved different actuation components for the neck, the back, and the lower back. The main massage function can be controlled piecemeal or in a pre-programmed pattern for a shiatsu massage (how I use it), and the entire pattern itself can be run forwards or backwards for an almost entirely different experience.The only thing id really pay attention to is that the chair you plan to place this on needs to have a long enough seat depth to house the entire bottom portion of the unit. The back has 2 velcro straps to help hold the unit in place.Overall, surprisingly satisfied with this thing. It's heavy duty - no joke - and I hope that its going to last a very long time!

This is a great massage pad.Easy to use because it can fit on your couch, chair or even on your bed.The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because it would be super cool if it was adjustable for heights. The neck rollers are a little too high for me so I have to sit on a pillow to get it to fit underneath my neck.But, for the price, it is a great deal!!

This is the second massage chair I've purchased from Comfier Products. The first one I ordered 3 years ago and is the same massage chair as this. So I'm excited that the new chair is awesome like the other was. The price on this new chair is also cheaper, so very happy about that. The shipping time was a little delayed by the carrier, by about 6 days. But the packaging was perfect and un-damaged. I use the unit in a lazyboy recliner and it's great to recline the seat back as it massages my body. I have also used this in my vehicle seat while travelling long distances. It's a great product, and I would recommend it to anyone! The Quality and Strength of this chair is top notch. Great Value.

This is the best massage pad I have ever used and I have had problems since an accident 25 years ago. If you have neck or back problems this pad does a great job and is great quality and priced very fairly. Comfier is a good company and I have a number of their products and all are priced reasonably and good quality.

Not sure how or why this has so many 5 star reviews? This was so disappointing. It is not a "spa like massage experience". I am 6' tall and this did not get full coverage of some necessary areas and the ones it did where far from effective. The chair is stiff with no flex. Sitting fully back into the chair, the rollers were barely noticeable, no deep massage from anywhere on the chair. The farthest up on my back they would go was only about 2/3rd's of the way, so the entire upper back/shoulders never gets touched. On the neck, it once again does not give a deep massage. I had to push my neck back and to the sides and only by grabbing the back of the chair and pressing it into my neck would I get any kind of massage. It should not take such effort when you are supposed to be relaxing and enjoying a massage! If you are 6' or shorter then you will have to set it at it's lowest level, otherwise it is just going to go up and is touching mostly the back of your skull above your neck. The air compression is a joke and a useless feature to have to pay more for. You would be better off with a 4 node Shiatsu back massager, and yeah you may have to move it manually but that is the only way to get a good deep massage at home and you can really target problem areas. If you get one of those and a Shiatsu neck 4 node neck massager then you will be covered for much less $. Returning for refund.
