I was skeptical but then I figured it is a small price to pay. I had read that people felt immediate relief and didn't believe it. I've been suffering from herniated discs in L5 S1 for 20 years. This year as I reach my mid 40's things are just getting worse and my body is breaking down from all the years of martial arts and weight lifting. I had been in pain for most of this year. The only time I wasn't in pain was when I was asleep. I got this device and tried it out a few times the first day. The first go was 5 min and I honestly felt the pressure go away after that. I tried again a little later in the day at a longer time and playing with the heat/electricity settings. this time for 10 min. And I felt better. Later I did the full amount of time and with all the settings turned up to what I felt was comfortable. Believe it or not, the the acute constant pain actually went away. I am not saying my back is cured, far from it. But the constant "vice grip" in my back in sharp acute pain vanished! I have been using this every day 3-5 times a day for at least a week now. It is part of my routine and I am thankful I tried this. I also contacted the company and they are sending me additional electrode pads for free. I have already sent this to my friend with similar back pain. I would highly recommend. 100% satisfied.

Absolutely a great product! Really helps control my low back pain, fits well, it’s really effective, and has really useful functions. Definitely worth the price! My whole family uses it!!

This is strictly for lower back pain! Start slowly 2-3 min's' until you get used to it. It has helped with my pain and has relived some my saccadic issues. The tens unit is a nice feature! I still need to do back stretching exercises as well as strength exercise. So it's not a cure all but helps.

I do not write a lot of reviews, but this item deserves a top review. have not had it very long, but use it every day. i have made so many trips to the chiropractor and spent so much money on a relief from my sciatic nerve pain. any one who has this knows the pain it can cause. you get to point that you will try anything, so i gave this a shot and to my great joy what a relief. i use the #1 first with the highest settings then #2 with highest settings all in one setting. i can't say enough about how this helps. when you first lay on it it feels a little uncomfortable, but after the treatment it just melts right into your back and feels so good. i wear a tee shirt when laying on it then to use the sms i pull up my shirt to expose bare skin. i have only used the sms up to #7 a couple of times , so cant' really comment on it. and i haven't used the tens, but by just registering the unit with them i got 10 more pairs of pads FREE and an extended warranty. I saved the email they sent because he said if i need more pads in the future he will send me 10 more FREE. There are a few of these machines listed on amazon i picked this one because of the reviews and the number of functions on this one. i picked the right one and am very happy. i have pain that goes down my back through my buttock through my pelvis and down my left leg and my right foot goes numb. this really really helps. wish i had found this a couple of years ago when this all started.

Lumbar device is as described! Great communication, prompt delivery, would buy from again. Product does work great. I like traction, heat and vibrate. It also has a 2 year warranty.The device does eliminate back pain as well as my pinched nerve which was causing outer calf pain in my left leg as well as lower back pain which is gone.Don’t hesitate to buy, you will not be disappointed! Also is much less cheaper than a major brand that’s you’ll find on other outlets. Much better investment than spending thousands on decompression!

I believe that this is the kind of equipment that needs to be recommended by a doctor. I tried it. However, the metal part did get very hot and that was a bit uncomfortable and I wasn’t sure I was doing myself a favor by continuing with it, so I returned it.

I loved the idea of this. Loved the way it looked and was packaged. Loved that it was multifunctional, but I had to return it. It was hard. Very hard. Impossible to lay on or get out of. I was willing to deal with that if it worked. But it didn’t. The heat and massage felt great and were adjustable. The airbag lift was not. It was so high that it painfully arched my back. I fumbled with settings and tried everything I could think of. Nothing worked. Either it arrived broken or the design is bad or it’s too complicated. Looks aren’t everything. Your mileage may vary.

I have to admit. I watched that video on facebook about a similar device. I decided on this one on amazon. I was a skeptic, doubting Thomas. After first use, I still haven’t used tens part yet, I was getting little shock(sciatica flares) through my legs. Scared me a little but over all stenosis felt better. Second day I used 3 times. I slept good and I was feeling better, hips loose no back pain except standing in one place washing dishes but when I switched to drying - so I wasn’t in one place. That pressure disappeared. I slept great last night and this morning I used again. I have to say I think I love it. The pain in my lumbar and glutes, legs was like a constant ache burn so 2 days pain free is worth the money to me. It works better for the pain than my hour and a half massage( but I won’t give that up)
