I was disappointed when these arrived as the plastic container was not there. I wrote to the firm who responded immediately to explain it was an amazon photo and they had asked amazon several times to take it down as they don't supply a plastic box, just the batteries.They offered a refund but I am happy with the batteries and it wasn't their fault but they still sent me a gift for being understanding so a great customer service,.Getting back to the batteries, they are genuine, they are lasting well and the price is good. Just don't expect the box.I will definitely buy from this firm next time I need replacements

does the job as described & delivered on time not sure I can "love" a hearing aid battery!! some of these service questions are daft............ but it probably satisfies some statistic for some one in some office somewhere who will send it on to someone else to prove their jobs worth.....maybe I am going mad also....

Being hard of hearing is a pain to me and more so to others who have to repeat everything. Having got hearing aids a whole new world of decipherable sounds adds ease and pleasure but at the cost of the replacement batteries.Buying in bulk saves time. Researching price saves money if the product is good. These aids are an excellent price and are lasting as long as others I have purchased in the past. My hearing aid usage is all day every day from morning wash to bed time and I get eleven days out of each battery. I know that because I put the brown battery sticker in my diary each time I change them.And I know what you are thinking but I do not think I am in any way unusual behaviourally - and take care what you say because I can hear every word!

Great service
Order these batteries on December Friday 20th, not realising I was short on them, also I forgot to order them earlier! Knowing these would be delivered after Christmas as it was seemed impossible and too late to get them beforehand. To my surprise they were delivered the next day to my mum house! The service was great...The price is the best around. I usually use my local hearing centre I am with, but they seem expensive, but these are much better price for me, so I will be purchasing my hearing aids batteries from here now.! Thank you.

Value for money.
Bought for my wife’s hearing aids. They only last about 3 - 5 days so you need reliable batteries at a cheap price and these are excellent.
